A leaky toilet can use up to 25 gallons per day. Repair all leaky faucets and toilets as soon as possible.

The system is chlorinated to maintain disinfection. The chemical is approved by the National Safety Foundation for treatment of drinking water.

Most likely your water heater needs to be flushed.

CAUTION: Most manufacturers recommend hiring a professional to flush your water heater. If you plan on doing this yourself, read the owner’s manual to prevent injury and/or damaging the water heater.

Yes, a $25.00 late fee is applied for any payment received 30 days after the due date.

Mailing in a physical check:

  • Register your sewer account with Business ID RT26624
  • Once you have registered your sewer account, you need to add the HOA/Water account: Settings > Combine Accounts > Add Another Account > Select “Add New Company” > Search by “Company Name” > Type “Dry Creek” > Select List> Select Business Name “Dry Creek Ranch Homeowners Association” > Select Next > Type Account Number (From Billing Statement) & Last Name > Hit Next to Confirm Details

Automatic Payments:

  • You will need to set up automatic payments on both the Sewer side and the HOA/Water side – To toggle between the Sewer & HOA/Water: Settings > Combine Accounts > Look on the far-right side where one account says “Options” > Select Options > Make Primary > The logo in the top left corner should change*
